Job summary

EC MANPOWER PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily shift operations, team productivity, and inventory accuracy.

The role focuses on coordinating receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch to meet carrier deadlines. You will train new staff on procedures and safety, monitor performance metrics, and provide coaching to improve productivity and quality, while resolving discrepancies in the WMS system.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3+ years of hands-on warehouse or logistics supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in WMS software, inventory databases, and MS Office preferred.
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, time management, and multi-tasking skills preferred.
