Responsibilities

• Assist efficient operations of LM tool crib.
• Ensure all equipment/tools are sent out for calibration or repair and update after calibration.
• Assist replenishing damaged or lost equipment/tools.
• Ensure loaned equipment/tools and vehicles are clean and serviceable before acceptance.
• Ensure transfer of loan equipment/tools and vehicles for shift transitions.
• Maintain POL cabinets/fridge and ensure locking.
• Issue and receive equipment/tools and vehicles.
• Download outstanding tool reports before shift end and update Duty Manager.
• Keep LM tool crib clean and tidy.
• Maintain serviceability of LM work stands.
• Submit Missing/Lost Items Report forms for administration.
• Be fully conversant on tool management system.
• Ad-hoc ferry service of Maintenance Staff and storekeeper.

Working hours:

• Mon - fri 8am - 6pm

• $2,100 monthly

Job Scope:

• Assist efficient operations of LM tool crib.

• Ensure all equipment/tool are send out for calibration or repair and update accordingly after equipment/tool are calibrated and repaired.

• Assist replenishing damaged or lost equipment/tool.

• Ensure all loaned equipment/tool and vehicle are clean and serviceable before accepting.

• Ensure transfer of loan equipment/tool and vehicle required for transition of shifts.

• Ensure POL cabinets/fridge are well maintained and locked at all times.

• Issue and receive equipment/tools and vehicles.

• Download outstanding tool report before shift end and update Duty Manager.

• Ensure LM tool crib is clean and tidy.

• Maintain serviceability of all LM work stands.
