Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Singapore requires a Tool Crib support staff to assist operations, inventory handling, and equipment calibration workflow at Changi / Paya Lebar. The role involves shift work, ensuring all tools and vehicles are clean and ready, and maintaining proper records.

Candidate should have a Nitec certification, be proficient with Microsoft Office, and be able to work rotating shifts in a hot environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist efficient operations of LM tool crib.
• Ensure all equipment/tools are sent out for calibration or repair and update after calibration.
• Assist replenishing damaged or lost equipment/tools.
• Ensure loaned equipment/tools and vehicles are clean and serviceable before acceptance.
• Ensure transfer of loan equipment/tools and vehicles for shift transitions.
• Maintain POL cabinets/fridge and ensure locking.
• Issue and receive equipment/tools and vehicles.
• Download outstanding tool reports before shift end and update Duty Manager.
• Keep LM tool crib clean and tidy.
• Maintain serviceability of LM work stands.
• Submit Missing/Lost Items Report forms for administration.
• Be fully conversant on tool management system.
• Ad-hoc ferry service of Maintenance Staff and storekeeper.
