Job summary

PERSOL is recruiting for a warehouse supervisor based at Paya Lebar Airbase, Singapore. The role runs for 1 year with renewal/convertibility and works Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Salary is up to SGD 2,300 per month, with responsibilities spanning inbound logistics, inventory integrity, and shipment preparation. The successful candidate will lead a team, ensure ERP/SAP usage, and liaise with vendors to maintain service standards.

Qualifications

• NITEC / Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, Logistics, or related discipline.
• 3–4 years of warehouse/store experience; aerospace preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP or ERP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery and inspection of all incoming materials, reconciling with purchase orders.
• Supervise updates to inventory totals, receipts, adjustments and returns in the system.
• Lead daily warehouse operations for receipt, binning, system posting, material records and issuance processes.
• Supervise receipt and unpacking of materials; ensure proper storage procedures.
• Review damages or discrepancies at goods receipt and initiate corrective actions.
• Manage packing and preparation of parts for shipment with proper documentation.
• Provide leadership in warehouse activities and adherence to SOPs.
• Oversee processing of freight invoices with finance and logistics teams.
• Monitor expired items, QNs, stock status and support stocktaking activities.
• Act as main contact with external vendors on warehouse matters.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery and inspection of all incoming materials, ensuring reconciliation with purchase orders in accordance with company standards

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the inventory management system by supervising timely updates of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns

• Lead and monitor daily operations for receipt, binning, system posting, material records, and issuance processes to ensure efficiency and compliance

• Supervise the receipt and unpacking of materials and supplies, ensuring appropriate handling and proper storage procedures

• Review and report any damages or discrepancies identified during goods receipt, initiating corrective actions where necessary

• Manage the packing and preparation of parts for shipment and dispatch, ensuring all shipping requirements and documentation are met

• Provide strong leadership in the supervision, coordination, and administration of warehouse activities, driving team performance and adherence to SOPs

• Oversee the timely processing and clearing of all freight invoices in collaboration with finance and logistics teams

• Monitor and report on expired items, Quality Notifications (QNs), stock status, and support accurate stocktaking activities to ensure inventory health

• Act as the main point of contact with external vendors on warehouse-related matters, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and service standards

Job Requirements:

• NITEC / Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, Logistics, or related discipline

• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in a warehouse/store environment, preferably within the aerospace industry

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a must

• Experience in leading a team
