Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or similar certification.
• Experience as a store handler or in inventory management, preferably in aviation.
• Familiarity with aviation parts, tools and equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming aviation parts, equipment, and supplies.
• Organize and store items in appropriate locations within the warehouse or storage facility.
• Prepare accurate documentation, such as receiving reports, inventory records, and shipping manifests.
• Maintain inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
• Perform routine inspections of stored items to identify and report any damage or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to fulfill internal requisitions in a timely manner.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of shipments, ensuring proper handling and storage procedures are followed.
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management processes.
• Assist in the implementation of inventory control measures and contribute to process improvements.
