Job summary

HRNet Ventures Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a warehouse operative to assist with receiving, dispatching, and stock checks. The role requires a forklift licence and a keen interest in logistics and inventory, with the possibility to work rotating day and night shifts.

Training is provided, and the role operates a four-day workweek after the training period. Location is Tampines, Singapore, with shift allowances and meal/transport allowances offered.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare materials and assist with receiving and dispatching goods.
• Conduct cycle counts and support regular stock checks.

• Assist with day-to-day warehouse and logistics activities.
• Operate and care for company-provided equipment safely and responsibly.

Requirements

• Valid forklift licence required.
• Keen interest in warehouse operations, logistics and inventory management.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
• Dependable and well-organised, with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience would be an advantage.

Working Arrangements

First month: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, for training.

After training: Four working days per week, with weekly rotating day and night shifts.

Day shift: 8:00 AM-8:30 PM.

Night shift: 8:00 PM-8:30 AM.

Breaks: 1.5 hours per shift.

Fixed rest day: Sunday.

Workdays assigned according to team arrangements.

Location: Tampines.

Salary & Allowances

Basic salary: Up to SGD 3,000 per month.

Allowances (Day/Night Shift allowances + meals allowances + transportation allowances) : Up to SGD 500 per month.
