Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is hiring a Senior Warehouse Operator to handle receiving, picking, packing and put-away of goods in a fast-moving warehouse in Singapore. You will work rotating 12-hour shifts after training, with day and night schedules and Sundays off, while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment, with opportunities for training and career growth within the logistics team.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/logistics experience preferred.
• Senior candidates with team-leading experience encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable with physical and manual warehouse work.
• Good attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, hardworking and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, picking, packing and put-away of goods
• Conduct scanning, stock checking and inventory movements
• Ensure accurate quantity and quality of goods received and dispatched
• Perform cycle counts and stock take
• Operate warehouse equipment and follow safety procedures
• Maintain proper housekeeping and warehouse organisation
• Support loading/unloading and daily warehouse operations
• Senior Warehouse Operators may assist with team coordination, manpower allocation and training of junior staff
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary:$2,500 - $2,800(Based on experience & last drawn salary)
• 12-hour Day Shift Allowance:$12 per working day
• 12-hour Night Shift Allowance:$24 per working day
• Meal Allowance:$8 per working day
• Transport Allowance:$8 per working day

Training Period (First 1 Month)

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

After Training (4 days)

Monthly rotating12-hour shifts

• Day Shift:8:00 AM - 8:30 PM
• Night Shift:8:30 PM - 8:00 AM

Every Sunday is OFF
