Job summary

Naval Group Far East Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support receiving, stocking, and shipping activities in Singapore. You will manage ERP-based GRPO, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure timely order delivery.

You will use SAP B1 or similar ERP systems, handle reach trucks, and work with a small team to meet operational targets. Training for reach truck operation is provided, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Warehouse Operator or in a similar role.
• Valid driving license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Proficiency with SAPB1 or any ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as part of the warehouse operations.

Naval Group Far East Pte Ltd Naval Group designs, builds, integrates,provides in-service support, dismantles, and deconstructs submarine and surface ships. The wholly-owned subsidiary, Naval Group Far East has established in Singapore since2005 and plays a crucial role in supporting the activities of the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN).

Within the Procurement and Supply Chain Department, you will play a key role in supporting the following activities:

Description of your mission

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments; perform GRPO transactions in ERP.
• Update and maintain accurate inventory records in ERP.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Pick and pack orders according to standards; prepare shipments with proper labelling and documentation.
• Ensure efficient processing and timely delivery of goods to meet customer requirements.
• Use a company vehicle for order collection and delivery; maintain a clean and organised vehicle.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery, following company policies and procedures.
• Safely operate reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment; perform routine maintenance and report issues
• Maintain and service warehouse vehicles and equipment as needed.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation.
• Record stock movements and ensure inventory accuracy in ERP.
• Organize and store inventory; ensure proper labelling and storage for easy access.
• Follow 5S housekeeping standards and maintain warehouse security.
• Address and resolve issues related to orders, collections, or deliveries promptly.
• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and suppliers.
• Adhere to Naval Group Far East's procedures and requirements.
• Sustain corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues and address operational needs.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Warehouse Operator or in a similar role.
