Job summary

The GMP Group is seeking a warehouse support team member in Singapore. The role covers material preparation, receiving, shipping, cycle counting and inventory reconciliation. You will use handheld/RF scanners and PDA devices to record movements and maintain accurate records, while adhering to quality procedures and 5S standards.

Shifts may vary as required. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in warehouse/logistics, experience with quality systems, and solid attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory or related environment.
• Experience working within a quality management system or structured warehouse environment.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to operate RF scanners, handheld scanners and/or PDA devices.
• Basic understanding of warehouse health and safety practices.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Able to perform prolonged standing and manual handling up to 23 kg.

• Maintain accurate warehouse records and follow established work instructions and quality procedures.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards within the work area.
• Follow workplace health, safety and quality requirements.

About the role

This is a warehouse support role involving material preparation, receiving, shipping, cycle counting and inventory reconciliation. You will work on shifts as required.

About you

• Able to perform work involving prolonged standing and manual handling/lifting of products or materials




• Able to handle and move items of up to 50 lbs (approximately 23 kg), where required, in accordance with workplace safety requirements

- Working Hours: 8am - 8pm (Day Shift) / 8pm - 8am (Night Shift)
- Fixed Sunday Rest Day
