Job summary

Lowe Corp Europe is seeking a Warehouse Assistant for a six‑month contract in Singapore to support peak season. You will update planning boards, marshal equipment and prepare items for standalone hire.

The role requires Singaporean PR, physical ability, a forklift counter‑balance license, good English, and a proactive, team‑oriented work ethic. You will help with shipping, loading, and documentation, contributing to efficient operations during peak demand.

Responsibilities

• Update warehouse planning boards with pending/gained hires.
• Update planning boards for equipment requirements.
• Clean non‑mechanical equipment (sinks, tables, racking).
• Re‑paint and label gas cages.
• Ensure barcode scanning procedures are followed at all times.
• Muster equipment for hire and prepare for standalone hire (PDI).
• Establish flexible equipment marshalling and returned areas for peak demand.
• Check collections for completeness and identify dirty/missing equipment.
• Assist loading/unloading of vehicles.
• Complete all required documentation promptly.

The Role

This is a six month contract, to support peak season in Singapore.

• Update the warehouse planning boards with ‘pending’ and ‘gained’ hires.
• Update the planning boards with the details of equipment requirements.
• Clean non‑mechanical items of equipment (e.g. sinks, tables, racking etc.).
• Re‑paint and label gas cages.
• Ensure that barcode scanning procedures and protocols are complied with at all times.
• Muster items of equipment for hire.
• Establish and maintain flexible equipment marshalling and returned equipment areas within the warehouse to meet the demand peaks and troughs of the Company.
• Ensure that all equipment is thoroughly prepared for standalone hire, including a completed PDI (Pre‑Delivery Inspection).
• Check all collections for completeness and any dirty or missing equipment in both units and standalone equipment.
• Assist the loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Complete all documentation in a proper and timely manner.

Qualifications

Essential qualifications and skills:

• Candidates must be a Singaporean National, or hold a Permanent Residency Visa.
• Physicality for manual handling. This role involves bending, stretching and twisting.
• Forklift license – Counter balance.
• Strong work ethic.
• Self‑motivated and proactive in using own initiative.
• Strong team ethos.
• Working level of English.
