Job summary

Hitachi is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily receiving, sorting, picking, packing and shipping processes in our Singapore operation.

You will manage stock levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure compliance with ISO9001/14001/45001 while maintaining a safe, efficient warehouse. Strong leadership and ERP/WMS experience are essential to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• Valid Singapore forklift licence/certification.
• Hands-on inventory management and warehouse processes experience.
• BizSAFE Level 2 Risk Management certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Track stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards.
• Maintain records and documentation per ISO standards.
• Enforce safety regulations, inspect equipment, and maintain a clean workspace.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
