Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse/operations professional to oversee daily warehouse activities in Singapore. You will ensure timely deliveries, manage shopfloor coordination, and drive performance against KPIs.

This role also involves training staff on outbound processes, maintaining 5S standards, scheduling daily deliveries, and handling ad-hoc tasks as needed to sustain efficient operations.

• Oversee daily operations to meet customer expectations and performance targets.
• Coordinate with Shopfloor Supervisors, Buyers, and other departments on deliveries, returns, and issue resolution.
• Monitor KPIs to drive operational efficiency.
• Schedule and manage daily shopfloor deliveries.
• Train staff on outbound processes per company guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse following 5S standards.
• Perform other warehousing or ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
