Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Singapore to manage daily inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate with warehouses and partners. You will handle customer enquiries, track shipments, and ensure accurate documentation and invoicing.

The role requires attention to detail, collaboration with internal teams, and adherence to procedures to meet delivery timelines and KPIs. On-site position based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide shipment updates via telephone and email.
• Prepare and verify import/export documents and shipping paperwork according to company procedures.
• Track shipment progress and follow up on customs clearance and delivery arrangements.
• Prepare invoices for completed shipments and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to support receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock records are accurate.
• Work with internal teams and external logistics partners to meet delivery schedules and operational KPIs.
• Maintain a safe and organised working environment.
• Carry out other related duties as required.
