Job summary

Cargomint Network Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee and optimize warehouse activities, ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient order fulfillment, and timely delivery while upholding safety and operational standards.

You will manage daily activities, supervise receiving and dispatch, coordinate with internal teams and partners, and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• GCE O-Level or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory control or operations.
• Knowledge of receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, stocktaking and inventory management.
• Proficient with Excel and warehouse inventory systems.
• Good communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations to maintain accurate inventory control and streamline order fulfillment processes.
• Supervise receiving and dispatch activities to ensure timely and accurate handling of goods.
• Collaborate with internal teams and logistics partners to coordinate efficient delivery schedules and resolve operational issues.
• Enforce safety protocols and operational standards to maintain a secure and compliant warehouse environment.
