Job summary

Aramex International Logistics Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping and returns processing. You will ensure orders are accurate and meet SLAs, and coordinate with transportation and customer service to fulfill requirements.

3–5 years of warehouse operations experience required.
1–2 years of supervisory experience required.
Experience with multi-client 3PL operations.
Experience handling value-added services (VAS) such as kitting, labeling, repacking, and customization.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, shipping and returns processing.
Ensure orders are processed accurately and meet SLAs.
Monitor workflow and allocate manpower to meet requirements.
Coordinate with transportation and customer service for smooth order fulfillment.
Support onboarding of new customers and operational processes.
Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts and reconciliations.
Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse staff to meet targets.
Manage KPIs like order accuracy, inventory accuracy, productivity, on-time shipments, and dock-to-stock time.
Enforce safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Identify process improvements and support warehouse system enhancements.
