Job summary

BAUMANN SPRING CO. (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.

You will help ensure inventory accuracy, proper handling of materials and timely fulfillment of production and customer orders while maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Candidates with basic warehouse exposure or fresh graduates with a positive attitude are welcome; training will cover ERP systems and stock control.

Qualifications

• Secondary School, NITEC, Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse, logistics or storekeeping experience preferred; fresh candidates may be considered.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use ERP, barcode scanners and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Receiving & Storage: receive shipments, verify quantities, inspect for damage and label/store inventory.
• Inventory Management: perform stock counts, update records, monitor levels and assist in audits.
• Picking, Packing & Dispatch: pick and pack according to orders, prepare shipping docs and arrange dispatch.
• Warehouse Operations: maintain clean, safe, organized workspace; operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts (where licensed).
• Safety & Compliance: follow safety regulations, use PPE, comply with processes, participate in safety meetings.
