Job summary

Plant & Mill Supplies Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehousing tasks, including receiving, unloading, inspecting goods, and ensuring accurate inventory records.

You will organise storage, pick and pack orders, maintain a clean, safe workspace, assist with counts, and help with loading deliveries while collaborating with the team to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting and standing for long periods.
• Strong record-keeping and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and proactive problem-solving.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming goods and materials to ensure they meet quality and quantity standards.
• Organising and storing products in designated locations using appropriate storage systems and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch in accordance with shipping requirements and deadlines.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse environment, including shelving, aisles, and work areas.
• Assisting with inventory counts and cycle checks to ensure stock accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles and ensuring goods are secured properly during transport.
• Following all health and safety procedures and maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
• Supporting the warehouse team with additional tasks as required to meet operational demands.
