Job summary

DACHSER (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support inbound order processing and inventory handling in our Singapore facility. You will receive inbound orders, update logs, and ensure accurate put-away while maintaining a clean warehouse.

The role requires a team player with reliability, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work overtime as needed. Adherence to SOPs and discretion with confidential information are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Secondary school education is required.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Warehouse Assistant preferred.
• Forklift license is preferred if available.

Responsibilities

• Receive all inbound orders from the customer service team and update in logbook accurately and timely.
• Report inbound discrepancies to Operations team in charge of shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness in the warehouse area.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are put away in inventory/location.
• Provide feedback to Manager for any irregular issues from operations.
• Ensure orders for inbound/outbound are in completed status within 48 hours (when possible).
• Adhere strictly to all SOPs.
• Maintain confidentiality of information as required by management.
