Job summary

ACA Pacific Technology (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse/Store Assistant to support a busy warehouse environment.

You will assist the supervisor with stock movements, packing, and maintaining an orderly facility, while handling stock ins/outs, inspections, and daily scheduling. The role requires bilingual English/Chinese communication, basic computer skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina to lift and move items.

Qualifications

• Able to speak Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
• Basic computer literacy and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to lift and move heavy objects and work in a physically demanding role.

Responsibilities

• Your main responsibility will be as a Warehouse/Store Assistant.
• Assist the warehouse supervisor in moving and packing stock and keeping the warehouse clean and orderly.
• Assist in stock ins/outs and stock-takes.
• Perform warehouse receiving activities and verify stock with system orders and delivery documents.
• Coordinate the placement of received goods for incoming inspection.
• Perform stock counts and update stock cards; report missing or damaged items to the supervisor.
• Report missing or damaged items to the supervisor.
• Assist in bin-in/other warehouse activities.
• Update daily delivery/collection schedule in Detrack system.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers to meet productivity targets.
• Promptly notify management of damaged merchandise or equipment.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment in safe working condition.
