Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking a versatile team member to handle warehouse, inventory, e-commerce fulfilment, and event support. This role offers exposure to warehouse operations, e-commerce processes, and retail event activities in a busy environment.

No experience is required as training will be provided. The position covers multiple functions including stock handling, order preparation, and on-site event support during pop-ups and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming stock.
• Unpack, label, organise and store products neatly.
• Prepare new products for store and online launches.
• Pick and pack stock for store replenishment and transfers.
• Conduct regular stock counts and keep inventory records updated.
• Check and report any missing, damaged or incorrect stock.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe and well-organised.
• Pick, pack and prepare online orders for delivery.
• Check products carefully before dispatch.
• Prepare parcels for courier collection.
• Handle customer returns and exchanges.
• Support higher order volumes during sales campaigns, new launches and festive periods.
• Prepare stock for pop-ups, roadshows and events.
• Help with event setup, stock movement and packing up after events.
• Support retail and sales teams during major events when required.
• Work closely with the retail and merchandising teams to ensure stock is available where needed.

Job description

Summary Benefits:

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm; Saturday, 9am to 1pm


• Location: Paya Lebar, Macpherson


• Salary: $2,000 to $2,500


• Exposure to warehouse, e-commerce and retail operations


• No Experience required, training provided.
