Job description

We are looking for a Distribution Assistant to join our team and assist with daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and goods handling.

Work Location: 11 Ubi Road 1 (near MacPherson MRT)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, checking, and organizing incoming goods.
• Assist with unpacking, sorting, and arranging merchandise.
• Check product quantities, styles, colors, and sizes to ensure order accuracy.
• Assist with packing, cartonizing, and preparing goods for delivery to malls, stores, and Atrium pop-up stores.
• Assist with stock transfers and replenishment between stores and Atrium locations.
• Organize, arrange, and categorize goods within the warehouse.
• Assist with stocktaking and verifying inventory quantities.
• Replenish stock and transfer goods as required.
• Ensure merchandise is stored properly and maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Assist in preparing goods required for stores, Atrium locations, and other locations.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and goods transfers.
• Handle merchandise carefully to prevent damage, loss, or incorrect deliveries.
• Keep the warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company SOPs and safety regulations.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the company.
  

Requirements

• Responsible, hardworking, and committed to the job.
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry goods weighing up to 25kg when required.
• Careful and detail-oriented, with the ability to accurately handle picking and inventory tasks.
• Able to follow company procedures and instructions.
• Able to work independently as well as as part of a team.
• Candidates with warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience will have an advantage.
• Candidates without relevant experience are welcome; training will be provided.
• Good attendance and punctuality.
• Willing to work overtime or on weekends when required by business needs.
