Job summary

ALLIGATOR SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring a warehouse associate to support receiving, storage and order picking at Pioneer Road, Singapore. You will verify incoming shipments, log discrepancies, manage stock using WMS, and perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

Experience with forklift operation and adherence to safety guidelines is preferred. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and reliability in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and Inspection: Oversee the unloading of incoming shipments, verify quantities and quality against purchase orders or delivery notes, and log damages or discrepancies.
• Storage and Inventory Management: Organize stock using FIFO/LIFO, update records in a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP, and conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits.
• Order Receiving / Picking / Packing
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines, and ensure safe operation of material handling equipment like forklifts.
• Having Class 3 license is a plus.
