Job summary

B.S. FURNITURE PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehousing operations in Singapore. The role focuses on stock movement, inventory accuracy, and efficient goods handling in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee unloading from containers, coordinate with logistics partners, monitor KPIs for the vehicle fleet, and drive process improvements. A detail-oriented, proactive mindset and strong organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse activities, including stock movement, storage, and order fulfilment.
• Managing and ensuring the smooth unloading of goods from containers into warehouse.
• Ensuring that the warehouse is maintained by the warehousing team and stepping in when necessary.
• Track, monitor, and manage inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Support process improvements to optimise operational efficiency.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners (e.g., logistics providers, vendors) to coordinate deliveries, ensuring that all items are delivered/assembled accordingly.
• Ensure Daily and weekly KPIs of the heavy vehicle fleet and drivers are met.
