Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to manage and coordinate warehouse and cargo-handling activities for import and export shipments.

You will supervise receiving, checking, put-away, retrieval, loading, unloading, repacking and palletising operations to ensure efficient flow and accuracy. Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards, monitor inventory accuracy and conduct stock counts.

Job description

Manage and coordinate warehouse and cargo-handling activities for import and export shipments.

Supervise receiving, checking, put-away, retrieval, loading, unloading, repacking, and palletising operations.

Ensure warehouse activities comply with company SOPs and operational requirements.

Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate physical stock counts.

Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of goods.

Oversee warehouse equipment usage and maintenance, including forklifts and reach trucks.

Maintain good housekeeping and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.

Coordinate manpower and daily tasks to support smooth warehouse operations.

Liaise with other teams to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
