United Microelectronics Corporation (Singapore Branch) is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily activities, inventory control, and staff performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will optimize processes, maintain safety standards, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and deliver accurate monthly reports while driving efficiency and accuracy across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a relevant field required.
• Minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks, build work schedules, train new hires, and evaluate team performance.
• Monitor stock levels, arrange routine stock counts, and reconcile inventory records.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including goods incoming, outgoing, and interplant inventory replenishment.
• Resolve delivery issues and assist warehouse team when manpower is down.
• Ensure all warehouse transactions are updated in the system on time for 100% tally between physical and system.
• Maintain 6S and ensure safety procedures when handling materials handling equipment.
• Attend meetings and coordinate with other departments on warehouse support and issues.
• Arrange for pre-audit preparation and provide presentations when required.
• Identify and continuously improve workflows to increase storage and fulfillment efficiency.
• Prepare monthly reports such as turnover, stock take, KPI and other reports as assigned by manager.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma Holder
• Minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience required
• Knowledge of warehouse management and materials/inventory control
• Proficient in computer operations and general administrative tasks
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong emotional intelligence, communication, and coordination skills
