Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to handle safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in the Ang Mo Kio area.

The role involves FIFO stock control, monthly inventories, and supporting production with materials planning. Salary is SGD 1,800–2,200 plus AWS and VB, with a 5.5-day work week and hours from 9am to 6pm (Fri) / 9am–1pm (Sat). This on-site position requires MS Excel and MS Word skills, basic computer literacy, and a forklift license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Secondary.
• MS Excel and MS Word proficiency; basic computer literacy.
• Forklift license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
• Identify areas of improvement and maximize productivity.
• Prepare and manage the warehouse system to optimize time management.
• Closely monitor all deliveries for raw materials for production.
• Ensure stocks are arranged and delivered based on FIFO system.
• Assist on incoming and outgoing cargo.
• Implement and maintain detailed warehouse material identifications.
• Create and implement a proper materials transfer system.
• Ensure minimum levels of parts are identified and maintained for future capacity planning.
• Prepare and support production for withdrawing raw/materials based on stock-out forms and BMR list.
• Conduct monthly inventories, cycle counts and audits.
• Provide monthly inventory reports on raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the warehouse and receiving area.
