Job summary

Gardenia Foods (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Store Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing and issuing inventory. The role emphasizes accuracy in recording stock, efficient handling, and strict adherence to safety standards to support daily operations.

You will maintain inventory records, label goods, monitor stock levels and collaborate with Purchasing and other departments to ensure timely material availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N-Level, O-Level or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations or inventory management is advantageous.
• Familiarity with WMS or SAP systems.
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift licence is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record incoming goods against orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock checks.
• Prepare and issue materials according to requests.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling and rotation of inventory.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse and comply with safety standards.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and other departments to ensure timely material availability.
• Prepare inventory reports and investigate discrepancies.
