CEVA Logistics in Singapore is hiring a Warehouse Handling Operations Operator Seagate to support warehouse operations. Location: Singapore. Contract: Permanent. Shifts are 12 hours rotating between day and night, including weekdays and weekends. Sign-on bonus, AWS and performance bonus are offered.

Responsibilities include picking/packing orders, receiving and counting goods, updating WMS and SAP, and coordinating with service providers to maintain smooth operations.

• Availability to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts, including weekends.
• Existing legal authorisation to work in Singapore.
• Able to perform hands-on warehouse tasks with accuracy.
• Willingness to operate or manage material handling equipment as needed.

YOUR ROLE

Join CEVA Logistics as a Logistics Assistant supporting our warehouse operations in Singapore.

Location: Singapore

Contract: Permanent

Working hours: 12-hour rotating day and night shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Day: 8am–8pm. Night: 8pm–8am.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Receive, scan and put away goods, checking quantities and condition.
• Carry out stock counts and inventory checks.
• Record goods movements in our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP.
• Coordinate with customer service colleagues, suppliers and service providers to keep operations running smoothly.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Availability to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
• Existing legal authorisation to work in Singapore.
• Ability to carry out hands‑on warehouse tasks with care and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and a helpful, team-focused approach.
• Ability to manage different tasks in a busy warehouse.
• Warehouse experience is preferred. Experience with WMS or SAP, a forklift licence or experience operating other material handling equipment would be an advantage.
