APL Logistics Ltd is seeking a diligent logistics professional to ensure accurate order processing and maximize timely fulfillment. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues, maintain records, and uphold regulatory compliance, delivering high-quality service.

The role involves proactive issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of processes to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Responsabilidades

• Process and manage customer orders accurately in accordance with established procedures and protocols to meet customer expectations and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer orders and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Proactively address service issues with stakeholders; escalate complex cases to senior colleagues and supervisors/managers.
• Escalate non-conformance issues for interventions and corrections.
• Respond to queries from various stakeholders.
• Cooperate with service providers (2PL/3PL) to resolve warehouse, customs or trucking issues to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Ensure all processes are documented and updated SOPs are reviewed after Logistics Analysts' updates.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisors/Managers.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times and address customer concerns professionally.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure orders are fulfilled to their satisfaction and expectations.
• Continuously identify service gaps, give recommendations and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and loyalty.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.
