Job summary

Pacific International Lines (Pte) Ltd in Singapore seeks a Warehouse Associate to handle inbound/outbound shipments, receive and inspect goods, store them properly, pick and pack orders, and load/unload trucks with care.

Responsibilities include cycle counting, accurate paperwork, operating RF scanners and forklifts, maintaining a safe, clean workspace, sharing best practices with colleagues, training new hires, and supporting the team during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments
• Ensure all received goods are properly stored in the warehouse
• Picking and packing outgoing orders according to customers’ requirements
• Load and unload trucks/ containers efficiently, securing goods for transportation
• Periodic inventory cycle counting
• Ensure accurate recording on the paperwork and documentation for incoming shipments, outgoing orders, cycle count documents and any inventory transactions
• Operating warehouse equipment based on operation needs, such as RF scanner, forklifts, pallet jacks, stacker, reach truck or VNA (Very narrow aisle trucks)
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Share knowledge and best practices with newer team members
• Assisting in training programs (OJT) for new hires
• Support and assist other team members during peak periods or when facing challenges
• Encourage the reporting of safety hazards and participate in safety training initiatives
• Perform any other tasks (job-related) as assigned by immediate superior.
