About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and reliable Warehouse Executive / Driver to join the team at ALECA TRADING PTE. LTD. in the Yishun North Region. This is a full-time position that combines warehouse management responsibilities with driving duties, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a varied, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehousing and distribution operations, directly contributing to our company's efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods in accordance with company procedures and safety standards
• Operate warehouse equipment to move, stack and organise inventory items efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements and warehouse transactions using warehouse management systems
• Perform regular stock checks and reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy
• Drive company vehicles to transport goods to customers and suppliers, ensuring timely and safe delivery
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, health standards and company policies whilst working in the warehouse and on the road
• Organise warehouse layout to optimise space utilisation and improve picking efficiency
• Collaborate with team members and management to meet warehouse targets and delivery schedules
• Handle goods with care to minimise damage and maintain product quality

What we're looking for

• Class 3 driving license
• Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory
• Proven experience in warehouse operations or similar logistics environment
• Experience in driving commercial vehicles for goods delivery
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks safely
• Excellent time management and reliability in meeting deadlines
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices in warehousing
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is advantageous
