Job summary

SLEX INTEGRATED TRADE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Executive to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods efficiently.

You will ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, optimize layout and space, and use WMS and Microsoft Office to track shipments and performance metrics. Collaboration with procurement and logistics is essential, and you must communicate clearly in English (Mandarin is a bonus).

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office suite.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
• Fulfill orders for both online and offline sales channels.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation, and monitoring of stock levels.
• Manage warehouse space effectively, optimizing layout and storage methods to maximize capacity.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology to track inventory, shipments, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to forecast inventory needs and coordinate replenishment orders.
• Other ad-hoc works.

You will ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing storage space, and implementing best practices for safety and productivity.
