Job summary

The role involves using a Warehouse Management System and barcode scanners to ensure accurate stock control and timely shipping. Responsibilities include packing, labeling and loading shipments, conducting stock audits, and maintaining WHS standards. The position requires a forklift license and occasional Saturday overtime may be needed to meet

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload goods from deliveries
• Inspect items for damage and verify quantities
• Sort, label and store items in warehouse locations
• Pick, pack and print shipping labels for orders
• Load shipments and hand over to couriers
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with records
• Maintain clean, safe and compliant work areas

5 days, Monday-Friday (Saturday if need to OT)

Warehouse - Morning ($5 shift allowance): 7:30am-4:30pm

Warehouse - Afternoon ($15 shift allowance): 11:30am-8:30pm

Warehouse - Night ($28 shift allowance): 8:30pm-5:30am

Company transport (pick-up points: Marsiling MRT & Jurong East MRT: Morning - 6:30am , Night - )Public transport: Bus 248 (16 stops)Canteen at Level 1, near the guard house14 days annual leave

Core Responsibilities

Receiving & Unloading

• Unload incoming shipments from delivery trucks
• Inspect items for damage
• Check quantities against packing lists or manifests

Inventory Management

• Scan, sort and label goods
• Store items in their assigned warehouse or rack locations
• Use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and barcode scanners

Order Fulfilment

• Pick items from shelves using order sheets or handheld devices
• Pack orders securely so nothing is damaged in transit
• Print shipping labels

Shipping & Dispatch

• Load packed goods onto transport vehicles
• Hand shipments over to couriers

Stock Audits

• Do regular physical stock counts
• Match stock records against system data and fix any differences

Facility Maintenance

• Keep aisles clear
• Dispose of packaging waste properly
• Follow workplace health and safety (WHS) guidelines
