Job summary

A DREAMWORKS COMPANY PTE. LTD. is hiring for a warehouse role in Singapore. The position involves receiving, inventory control, order fulfilment and shipping duties on a shift-based schedule with morning, afternoon and night options.

A forklift license is required; familiarity with WMS and barcode scanning is expected. On-site canteen and company transport are provided, along with 14 days annual leave. Responsibilities include unloading, inspecting, labeling, picking and packing goods, loading

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse receiving, storage and dispatch activities.
• Forklift license is required to operate equipment safely.
• Familiarity with WMS and barcode scanning processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments from trucks and inspect items for damage.
• Scan, sort and store goods in assigned locations with accurate labeling.
• Pick, pack and print shipping labels for orders.
• Load packed goods onto transport and hand over to couriers.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with system data.
• Maintain clean aisles and follow WHS guidelines.

Job description

5 days, Monday-Friday (Saturday if need to OT)

Warehouse - Morning ($5 shift allowance): 7:30am-4:30pm

Warehouse - Afternoon ($15 shift allowance): 11:30am-8:30pm

Warehouse - Night ($28 shift allowance): 8:30pm-5:30am

Company transport (pick-up points: Marsiling MRT & Jurong East MRT: Morning - 6:30am , Night - )

Public transport: Bus 248 (16 stops)

Canteen at Level 1, near the guard house

Core Responsibilities

Receiving & Unloading

• Unload incoming shipments from delivery trucks
• Inspect items for damage
• Check quantities against packing lists or manifests

Inventory Management

• Scan, sort and label goods
• Store items in their assigned warehouse or rack locations
• Use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and barcode scanners

Order Fulfilment

• Pick items from shelves using order sheets or handheld devices
• Pack orders securely so nothing is damaged in transit
• Print shipping labels

Shipping & Dispatch

• Load packed goods onto transport vehicles
• Hand shipments over to couriers

Stock Audits

• Do regular physical stock counts
• Match stock records against system data and fix any differences

Facility Maintenance

• Keep aisles clear
• Dispose of packaging waste properly
