Job summary

Boncafe International Pte Ltd is recruiting for a warehouse associate to support daily store operations, manage inbound and outbound shipments, and maintain inventory accuracy in the warehouse. The role includes stocking, packing, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9000, HACCP, and HALAL standards.

The successful candidate will assist in daily housekeeping, prepare reports, and support sales with walk-in product issuance. Prior experience in warehousing and strict quality procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor (Store) in the daily management of the store products in the issue and receipt of products.
• Assist in the unstuffing and accounting of import products from the container to the warehouse/storage facility.
• Assist in the inventory stock check of all products in the warehouse/storage facility.
• Assist in the daily checking of products that have been drawn and assembled for delivery.
• Assist in checking the condition of returned products from customers and report accordingly to the Store Supervisor.
• Assist the Store Supervisor in the packaging and palletizing of products for export.
• Responsible for the daily housekeeping and cleanliness of the warehouse/ storage facility.
• Acts as a backup in reports preparation, such as inventory balance, short shelf-life / expired products, and shortages.
• Assist in issuing of products for walk-in customers.
• Assist in reviewing and analyzing goods location plan, when required.
• Conduct weekly stock checks on warehouse raw coffee and to submit reports to Factory Operation Manager.
• Ensure that all raw coffee stacked in the warehouse are in accordance with stacking procedures outlined in the ISO 9000 Standards, HACCP, HALAL requirements and according to their country of origin.

• Ensure the proper identification of all raw coffee stored in the warehouse inclusive of speciality single origin raw coffee bags.

• Loading of all inbound and outbound containers.

• Accountable for the overall Inventory of raw coffee warehouse.

• Maintain the overall cleanliness of raw coffee warehouse.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when required to do so by the management.
