Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a warehouse associate to manage receipt, inspection and storage of goods, ensuring accuracy and proper labelling.

You will pick, pack, and stage items for deliveries, operate forklifts per safety procedures, maintain inventory records, conduct stock checks, and support reconciliation while keeping the store clean, organized and compliant with procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be able to receive, inspect and store incoming goods in accordance with warehouse procedures.
• Ability to accurately pick, pack and stage items for deliveries or collections.
• Operate material-handling equipment (e.g., forklifts) safely per procedures and requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records and perform regular stock checks for accuracy.
• Ensure products and materials are labelled and stored properly according to procedures.
• Maintain good housekeeping and keep the warehouse/store clean, organized and safe.
• Support stocktaking, inventory reconciliation and other warehouse-related tasks.
• Carry out other store and warehouse duties as assigned by supervisor.
