Job summary

DAY ONE PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse associate to load and unload cargo, perform general warehousing and housekeeping duties, and manage inbound and outbound processes. You will ensure proper administration and keep accurate stock records in the warehouse, while coordinating with the Warehouse Coordinator for daily operations. The role requires proactive, integrity-driven teamwork and the ability to work independently when needed.

Ad hoc duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload cargoes from/into containers.
• Conduct general warehousing and housekeeping duties.
• Complete inbound to outbound processes and associated admin.
• Maintain proper stock/cargo records in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Coordinator for day-to-day operations.
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Loading and unloading cargoes from and to the containers
• General warehousing and housekeeping duties
• Responsible to complete the job process from Inbound to Outbound
• Ensure that the administration work that goes along with the processes are conducted in a proper manner
• Ensure proper records and for the stock/cargo kept in the warehouse
• Working together with Warehouse Coordinator to run the day to day operations
• Ad hoc work as and when may be assigned
