Job summary

JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. at Pasir Panjang Ferry Terminal seeks a practical Warehouse Assistant.

You will manage inventory, receive and inspect materials, and maintain accurate stock records in the CMMS and inventory system. Responsibilities include monitoring spare parts and consumables, supporting monthly stock counts and audits, operating forklifts, and assisting the Maintenance Team with basic workshop activities. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and stores, receive, inspect and verify incoming materials.
• Record all stock movements promptly and accurately in the CMMS and inventory system.
• Monitor spare parts and consumable stock level, and timely replenishment of materials spares.
• Assist in monthly stock count/cycle count of inventories and yearly audit check.
• Operates forklifts
• Provide basic technical support to Maintenance Team through basic maintenance and workshop activities.
• Keep stores, workshops and lay-down areas clean, organised and safe.

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Basic Salary: $2500-$3200

• Benefit: AL 15 days, AWS, Variable Bonus. Spouse & Children medical claim $500 per year

Job Responsibilities:
