Job summary

IFF in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support daily operations and ensure efficient order fulfillment onsite at Chin Bee.

You will handle picking, packing, stock movements in SAP, and cooperate with vendors to maintain inventory accuracy and timely shipments. Basic safety and English communication required.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of warehouse operations experience.
• Able to work in odorous environments and handle heavy loads.
• Basic understanding of chemical hazard labels.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, loading, unloading, and container stuffing.
• Support air shipment preparation and ensure shipments meet requirements.
• Carry out stock replenishment to maintain product availability.
• Execute SAP warehouse transactions: goods receipt, put-away, picking, and stock movements.
• Generate inventory reports and support cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare picking lists, labels, shipping documents, and stuffing records.
• Coordinate stock transfers with logistics providers and arrange timely shipments.
• Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to support daily ops.
• Conduct basic inspections of equipment and adhere to safety SOPs and air cargo rules.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Perform daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, loading, unloading, and container stuffing of goods.
• Support air shipment preparation and ensure all shipments are processed according to operational requirements.
• Carry out stock replenishment activities to maintain smooth warehouse operations and product availability.
• Execute warehouse transactions in SAP, including goods receipt, put-away, picking, and stock movement activities.
• Generate inventory reports, maintain accurate stock records, and support cycle count activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Print and prepare picking lists, pallet labels, shipping documents, and container stuffing records for outbound shipments.
• Coordinate stock transfers with logistics service providers and assist in arranging timely shipment movements.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and logistics partners to support daily operational requirements.
• Conduct basic inspections of warehouse equipment such as stackers and forklifts, while adhering to warehouse safety procedures, SOPs, and air cargo compliance requirements.
