Job summary

IFF is seeking a Finished Goods Planner to join the TasteApply team in Chin Bee, Singapore. This onsite role will manage daily POs in SAP, convert STOs, and ensure timely production fulfilment while coordinating with production, materials, and customer service teams.

You will maintain SAP master data for FG and intermediates, monitor inventory levels, and drive process improvements to optimize manufacturing efficiency. A degree in a related field with 1–3 years’ experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain operations.
• Basic knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage daily Process Orders (POs) in SAP to support production requirements and ensure timely order execution.
• Convert and process Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) for IFF affiliate plants, ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfilment.
• Review and analyse customer and affiliate order requirements, validating demand and production feasibility.
• Drive order fulfilment by ensuring process orders are released on time, assessing raw material availability, and authorizing production readiness.
• Coordinate with Production, Raw Material Planning, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to resolve supply, production, or delivery challenges.
• Maintain and update SAP master data for finished goods and intermediates to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Monitor finished goods and intermediate inventory levels, proactively managing slow-moving and obsolete stock to optimize inventory performance.
• Prepare and analyse inventory and production planning reports, including aged inventory, blocked stock, Oflow FG evaluations, and process order optimization opportunities.
