ZY FUTURE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is hiring a Warehouse Assistant/Storekeeper to support daily warehouse operations in Singapore.

You will receive, store, pick, pack and dispatch goods while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring a clean, safe warehouse environment. The role requires practical warehousing experience, a valid forklift or Class 3 driving license is an advantage, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, logistics operations, or storekeeping.
• Able to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
• Basic familiarity with inventory management systems or barcode scanners.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments and materials.
• Verify goods against delivery notes, PO and invoices.
• Sort, label, and store products in designated locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Move cargo containers in and out of storage.
• Load and secure goods for delivery vehicles.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory checks.
• Update inventory records using WMS.

WE'RE HIRING: WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT/STOREKEEPER

Position : Warehouse assistant/storekeeper

Vacancy : 1

Employment Type : Full-Time

Salary : SGD $ 2,300 - SGD 2,500

Eligibility : Singaporeans & Permanent Residents (PR) only (Open to all races)

Job purpose:

To support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments and materials.
• Verify and check goods against delivery notes, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Sort, label, and store incoming products into designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for daily dispatch.
• Perform stuffing and unstuffing of cargo containers.
• Safely load and secure goods onto delivery trucks and transport vehicles.
• Conduct regular physical cycle counts and periodic inventory checks.
• Update and maintain inventory records accurately utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, and strict adherence to workplace safety regulations.
• Report damaged, missing, or discrepant items promptly to the warehouse supervisor.

What We're Looking For

• Open to Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents (PR) only (all races welcome).
• Possession of a valid forklift license and/or driving license (Class 3) is a strong advantage.
• Prior hands-on experience in warehousing, logistics operations, or storekeeping preferred.
• Familiarity with basic inventory management systems or barcode scanners is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to handle physical warehouse duties, including loading/unloading.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
