Job summary

MULTIFLORA NOIBARA PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations at our Singapore facility. You will receive, store, pack, and prepare goods for delivery while maintaining accurate inventory and a clean, safe working environment.

The ideal candidate is physically fit, able to work independently and in a team, and willing to learn. This full‑time role requires availability to work six days a week and to follow company procedures and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent qualification.
• Prior warehouse experience is an advantage.
• Must be physically fit to lift and move items.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to work 6 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and inspect incoming goods.
• Check items against delivery orders or invoices.
• Store products in designated locations.
• Pick, pack and prepare goods for delivery.
• Assist in loading and unloading deliveries.
• Conduct stock counts and maintain stock records.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the warehouse.
• Report damaged or missing items to supervisor.
• Follow company procedures and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as needed.

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, packing, and preparing goods for delivery while ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods.
• Check and verify items against delivery orders or invoices.
• Arrange and store products in designated locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for delivery or shipment.
• Assist in loading and unloading deliveries.
• Conduct stock counts and inventory checks.
• Maintain proper records of stock movement.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety within the warehouse.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
• Follow company procedures and workplace safety regulations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements
