Job summary

OCML SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. You will receive, store, pack, and prepare goods for delivery while ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

The role requires the ability to lift heavy items, work independently or in a team, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. A six-day work week and basic communication skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent qualification.
• Prior warehouse experience is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Basic communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work 6 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods.
• Check and verify items against delivery orders or invoices.
• Arrange and store products in designated locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for delivery or shipment.
• Assist in loading and unloading deliveries.
• Conduct stock counts and inventory checks.
• Maintain proper records of stock movement.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety within the warehouse.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
• Follow company procedures and workplace safety regulations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
