Job summary

MMC Success Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our team. You will pick and pack goods, load and unload deliveries, receive items and verify conformance against QA parameters, and coordinate stock according to warehouse procedures.

You will perform all fabrication and handling work with safety in mind, maintain end-product quality, and ensure a clean, safe workplace. A positive attitude and team spirit are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum O Level qualification and above.
• At least 1 year of relevant warehouse experience.
• Basic computer literacy with the ability to perform data entry accurately.
• Possession of a forklift license will be an added advantage.
• Experience in handling large shipments and operating warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack).
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack goods according to order specs.
• Perform regular in-house maintenance on machineries.
• Load and unload deliveries to and from storage areas.
• Package and label goods for shipping or storage.
• Receive goods and verify conformance against QA parameters (quantity, standards, condition).
• Perform fabrication and handling work following workplace safety procedures.
• Ensure quality of all end products through inspection and checks.
• Coordinate stock according to warehouse procedures.
• Follow warehouse safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and good housekeeping.
• Complete any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
