Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Assistant (Inventory) for a permanent role at Pasir Panjang, Singapore, within 10 minutes walk from the MRT. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, with a salary up to $3,500 monthly base plus AWS and other benefits.

You will receive, check, pick, pack and dispatch goods, and maintain stock movements in the ERP system. Ideal candidates have GCE O-Level, 1–2 years warehousing experience, and basic Excel with ERP/WMS familiarity.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• Preferably 1–2 years of warehouse or inventory experience.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and ERP/WMS knowledge.

• Receive, check, pick, pack and dispatch goods.
• Update stock movements and storage locations in the ERP system.
• Conduct stock counts and report discrepancies.

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 Monthly Basic + 1-Month AWS + 14 Days Annual Leave + Transport Concession Pass + Medical & Dental Benefits
