Job summary

BUSINESS ENGINEERS ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a part-time Warehouse Support to assist with daily e-commerce fulfillment.

The role runs from 1pm to 5pm, four hours per day, focusing on accurate stock taking, picking and packing orders, and maintaining organized inventory. You will operate basic computer systems to update inventory, verify counts, inspect goods on inbound shipments, prepare outbound shipments, and handle cartons weighing around 3–4 kg.

Qualifications

• Operate basic computer systems to update & track warehouse inventory data accurately.
• Perform stock taking to verify inventory levels & report discrepancies.
• Pick & pack orders carefully to meet e-commerce fulfillment standards.
• Sort inventory systematically to maintain organized warehouse storage.
• Handle inbound shipments by receiving & inspecting goods for quality & accuracy.
• Manage outbound shipments by preparing & packing orders for delivery.
• Safely carry & move cartons weighing approximately 3kg to 4kg as part of daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic computer systems to update inventory records and track stock movements.
• Verify inventory levels through regular stock takes and report discrepancies.
• Pick and pack customer orders to meet e-commerce fulfillment accuracy and speed.
• Sort and organize inventory to maintain a clean, efficient warehouse.

• Prepare outbound shipments for delivery and ensure proper packaging.
