Giordano Originals (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a responsible Warehouse Assistant / Distribution Assistant to support daily warehouse and distribution operations in Singapore. The role involves receiving, sorting, picking, packing and distributing merchandise to retail outlets, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and efficient stock replenishment.

The candidate should be physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to follow SOPs.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Receive, check, and organize incoming goods
• Unpack, sort, and arrange merchandise
• Verify quantities, styles, colors, and sizes for order accuracy
• Pack, cartonize, and prepare goods for delivery to malls, stores, and Atrium pop-up stores
• Assist with stock transfers and replenishment between stores and Atrium locations
• Organize and categorize goods within the warehouse
• Assist with stocktaking and inventory verification
• Replenish stock and transfer goods as required
• Ensure merchandise is stored properly and warehouse remains clean and safe
• Prepare goods for stores, Atrium locations, and other sites
• Handle returns, exchanges, and goods transfers
• Follow SOPs and safety regulations; perform other duties as assigned

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, hardworking and physically fit Warehouse Assistant / Distribution Assistant to support our daily warehouse and distribution operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, sorting, picking, packing and distributing merchandise to retail outlets. The role requires good physical stamina, attention to detail and the ability to handle merchandise safely and efficiently to ensure timely stock replenishment and smooth warehouse operations.

Work Location: 11 Ubi Road 1 (near MacPherson MRT)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, checking, and organizing incoming goods.
• Assist with unpacking, sorting, and arranging merchandise.
• Check product quantities, styles, colors, and sizes to ensure order accuracy.
• Assist with packing, cartonizing, and preparing goods for delivery to malls, stores, and Atrium pop-up stores.
• Assist with stock transfers and replenishment between stores and Atrium locations.
• Organize, arrange, and categorize goods within the warehouse.
• Assist with stocktaking and verifying inventory quantities.
• Replenish stock and transfer goods as required.
• Ensure merchandise is stored properly and maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Assist in preparing goods required for stores, Atrium locations, and other locations.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and goods transfers.
• Handle merchandise carefully to prevent damage, loss, or incorrect deliveries.
• Keep the warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company SOPs and safety regulations.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the company.
  

Job Requirements

• Responsible, hardworking, and committed to the job.
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry goods weighing up to 25kg when required.
• Careful and detail-oriented, with the ability to accurately handle picking and inventory tasks.
• Able to follow company procedures and instructions.
• Able to work independently as well as as part of a team.
• Candidates with warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience will have an advantage.
• Candidates without relevant experience are welcome; training will be provided.
• Good attendance and punctuality.
• Willing to work overtime or on weekends when required by business needs.
