Job summary

REVO LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to run all warehouse operations including picking, handling, and checking.

Responsibilities include GR/GI in SAP and WMS, coordinating with customers, cycle counts, receiving/releases, put-away, picking, labeling, packing, QC checks, palletizing for export, and general warehouse duties. The role requires attention to detail, IT proficiency for scanning systems, and forklift experience; FMCG background is a plus, with emphasis on safety

Qualifications

• Singaporean or SPR status preferred.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in operations.
• IT savvy for scanning system and data entry.
• Experience in FMCG industry is advantageous.
• Forklift license.
• Warehouse safety understanding.

Responsibilities

• Handle order processing and perform GR and GI in SAP and WMS.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams.
• Conduct daily/monthly/quarterly cycle counts.
• Receive and release cargo.
• Put-away to bin locations and pick/consolidate.
• Label, pack and conduct QC checks.
• Palletize for export.
• Perform ad-hoc warehouse duties.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and MHE management.

The warehouse assistant is responsible to run all the warehouse operation (picking, handling, checking, etc)

• Order processing - to do GR and GI in SAP and WMS
• Liaising and co-ordinating with customer
• Performing daily/monthly/quarterly cycle count
• Receiving and releasing of cargo
• Put-away to bin location
• Picking and consolidation
• Labelling, packing and QC check
• Palletizing for export
• Any other warehouse ad-hoc duties
• Warehouse housekeeping
• MHE management

Job Requirements

• Singaporeans / SPRs are most welcome to apply
