Job summary

SHORT-Q PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a warehouse helper to support daily packing and documentation activities at the TUAS location. You will manually pack goods, prepare invoices and packing lists, and help ensure accurate order fulfillment.

You will update records, coordinate with internal teams and couriers, and perform data entry and filing to maintain inventory and shipment readiness. Alternate 5- and 6-day work weeks with 9-hour shifts and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift cartons weighing at least 20kg.
• Secondary education or higher.

Responsibilities

• Manually pack goods accurately for shipping and invoicing to meet shipment schedules.
• Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and packing lists for forwarders and couriers to facilitate booking arrangements.
• Update transaction records and warehouse systems to maintain accurate inventory and order status.
• Communicate with operations, sales, and asset teams to coordinate order fulfillment and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with transporters, forwarders, and couriers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Perform administrative tasks including data entry, document filing, and report collation to support warehouse operations.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by supervisors to support warehouse efficiency.

• Location: TUAS
• Working days: Alternate 5 and 6 days per week
• Working hours: 9-hour shifts including a 1-hour break
• Overtime work required when necessary
