Job summary

TDCX Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily logistics operations at our Joo Koon facility. The role covers sorting, binning, labeling, space optimization, packing, and handover to shipping teams.

Work hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm with occasional overtime or weekend shifts. The ideal candidate has at least NITEC or equivalent and basic warehouse experience, is diligent and a good team player, and is willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends when

• Education: Completed NITEC or equivalent.
• Experience: Basic warehouse skills.
• Attributes: Diligent, responsible, and a good team player.
• Flexibility: Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends when requested.

Responsibilities

• Sort & Bin: Segregate incoming packages and put them away into allocated locations.
• Inspect & Label: Unpack cartons to check for foreign objects and label standard boxes.
• Space Saving: Maintain inventory locations to free up space for incoming goods.
• Pick & Pack: Organize picking lists by location and pack orders to customer requirements.
• Export Prep: Shrink-wrap, strap palletized cargo, and arrange by company name.
• Shipping Handover: Pass completed picking lists directly to the shipping team.
• 5S Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
